Purchase Cancellation Policy 

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following cancellation policy, which applies to all purchases made through our Shopify store.

1. Cancelling Your Order (Customer-Initiated)

You may request to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled (i.e., before we have packed and marked it as shipped in our system).

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on our website or by emailing us directly, quoting your order number.

If your order is unfulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still return eligible items in accordance with our [Returns Policy].

2. Cancellations by Us (Store-Initiated)

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed through our Shopify store for reasons including, but not limited to:

Suspected business/trade orders (we are a B2C-only retailer)

Inventory or stock errors

Pricing mistakes

Payment issues or verification concerns

Breach of our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, you will receive an automatic notification from Shopify, and a full refund will be issued immediately.

3. Pre-Orders & Limited Products

For pre-order items or limited releases, cancellation terms may vary and will be clearly stated on the product page. Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to fulfilment, unless otherwise specified.

4. Refunds

All refunds are issued via Shopify’s payment processor to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
