Shipping policy

DELIVERY & COLLECTIONS

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently accept orders from, or ship to, the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA). If you have an EU billing address or an EU shipping destination, you will not be able to complete a purchase on our site.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We offer a range of delivery options via Royal Mail:

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 on orders over £40

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 on orders over £100

PRE ORDERS

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are in stock. Please place separate orders if you’d like in-stock items sooner.
