Return and Refund Policy

At Grand Line Collectibles Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from us under the following conditions:

 

Time Frame:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items:

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. For trading cards, this means they should remain in their protective sleeves and not show any signs of handling or wear.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

 

Digital Products:

Downloadable software, digital cards, or any other digital goods.

Gift Cards:

All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Reach out to our customer service team at grandlinecollectiblesltd@gmail.com or via the online chat function with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Authorisation:

 Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Shipping:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

 

Approval:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Partial Refunds:

 In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at grandlinecollectiblesltd@gmail.com with details and photos of the defective or damaged item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at grandlinecollectiblesltd@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
